FP&A Manager
Nassau County, NY | On-Site | Up to $120K
A growing, well-established global consumer products company is seeking an FP&A Manager to join its finance team. This is an excellent opportunity to join a highly recognized brand with a strong market presence, continued growth and an established history of success.
This is a highly visible individual contributor role with exposure to senior leadership and business leaders across the organization. The FP&A Manager will play an important role in budgeting, forecasting, financial analysis and strategic decision support while working closely with stakeholders across multiple areas of the business.
Responsibilities include:
- Manage annual budgets, forecasts and long-range financial planning
- Develop and maintain financial models
- Analyze financial results, trends and variances
- Prepare monthly management reporting and variance analysis
- Partner with business leaders and cross-functional stakeholders
- Support senior-level and board presentations
- Perform margin, cost and other financial analyses
- Support global financial projects and multiple business areas
- Prepare ad hoc analysis to support business decisions
- Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and reporting
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field
- 3-5+ years of FP&A experience
- Consumer products industry experience strongly preferred
- Retail experience is a big plus
- Excellent Excel and financial modeling skills
- Strong understanding of accounting and financial statements
- Experience supporting business leaders and key stakeholders
- Strong analytical, communication and problem-solving skills
- Must be comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment
- Local Long Island candidates strongly preferred
This position is on-site in Nassau County, near the Suffolk County border, and offers a base salary of up to $120K.
