Our client is experiencing significant growth through acquisition and is seeking a strategic, hands-on HR Director to lead M&A integration efforts while supporting a designated regional employee population. Salary 140-160K plus bonus

This is an excellent opportunity for an independent, high-impact HR leader who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys driving projects from concept through completion. The hiring manager empowers team members to make recommendations, solve problems, and operate autonomously while keeping leadership informed.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead HR due diligence activities for acquisitions, including review of employee data, benefits programs, policies, and workforce-related risks.

- Manage all HR integration activities during the first 60 days following acquisition.

- Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes, employee communications, policy alignment, and HR systems integration.

- Evaluate and compare employee handbooks, benefit offerings, and HR practices to support seamless transitions.

- Partner closely with leadership to identify opportunities, mitigate risks, and drive integration success.

- Following acquisition integration, provide ongoing HR support to a designated region of healthcare practices.

- Analyze complex HR data and make recommendations that support business objectives.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree required.

- Strong HR experience within a healthcare environment

- Proven success leading HR due diligence and post-acquisition integration activities.

- Advanced analytical skills with experience working in ADP and managing large volumes of employee data.

- Strong understanding of benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, and HR operations.

- Self-starter who can work independently and drive initiatives with minimal direction.

- Experience in a startup, high-growth, or acquisition-driven environment highly preferred.

- Previous experience serving as a standalone HR leader or broad-based HR generalist is a significant plus.
