Role Overview
As a Dining Server in a senior living community, your primary responsibilities include providing timely and professional meal service, creating a warm and welcoming environment for residents and guests. You will take and deliver food and beverage orders accurately, assist residents with menu selections, and maintain cleanliness and organization in the dining area.
Key duties involve bussing and resetting tables, completing side work, and assisting with opening and closing procedures. You will attend pre-meal meetings to review menus and utilize community systems for order entry and meal delivery, all while adhering to food safety, sanitation, and infection control standards.
This role emphasizes building positive connections with residents through excellent service and hospitality. The position requires strong customer service skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work efficiently in a team setting.
