Role: Manage and enhance production line productivity and quality by optimizing cutting tool designs to improve manufacturing processes (SEQDCM).
Responsibilities: Lead tool budgeting, troubleshoot tooling issues, develop and maintain tooling and drawings, analyze and report on tool performance for continuous improvement, coordinate development of tools and machining processes for new models and technologies, support internal tool setup and regrind processes, assist during line trials, facilitate collaborations with customers and suppliers, communicate technical issues effectively, and work across departments to ensure balanced processing and project execution.
Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor's in Engineering or related experience, 2-8 years' relevant experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, AutoCad, Solidworks, strong presentation, communication, organizational skills, and ability to read engineering designs, perform advanced math, and manage projects.
