This is a strategic leadership role for someone who can combine deep Microsoft Power Platform expertise with Copilot Studio, Generative AI, enterprise architecture, consulting, and team leadership.

• Lead the Power Platform & Copilot Studio strategy and roadmap
• Act as a trusted advisor to business, IT, Digital Transformation, and AI leadership
• Design enterprise AI, automation, and low-code solutions
• Lead and mentor distributed onshore/offshore development teams
• Guide architecture, solution design, governance, security, and delivery standards
• Prioritize business demands based on value, feasibility, risk, and effort
• Drive enterprise adoption of AI and automation
• Design intelligent copilots, AI assistants, and automated business processes
