Privacy Management Architect

Role Overview
Seeking a senior OneTrust Privacy Architect to design, implement, and manage enterprise-wide privacy, cookie, and consent management solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong OneTrust architecture experience, deep knowledge of global privacy regulations, and a proven track record leading enterprise privacy transformation initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Architect and implement OneTrust Privacy Management solutions.
- Configure Cookie Consent, Preference Management, DSAR/DSR, Data Mapping, Data Discovery, PIA/DPIA, Third-Party Risk, and Incident/Breach Management.
- Design global cookie consent solutions, cookie inventories, classifications, geolocation-based consent, and multilingual privacy notices.
- Ensure alignment with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, LGPD, ePrivacy, PIPEDA, and other global regulations.
- Develop privacy governance frameworks, Privacy-by-Design practices, and RoPA.
- Architect integrations with ServiceNow, Salesforce, Azure, APIs, and custom applications.
- Provide technical leadership, solution governance, and mentoring.
Required Qualifications
- 15+ years in Privacy, Data Governance, Compliance, Risk Management, or Enterprise Architecture.
- 9+ years of hands-on OneTrust experience.
- Strong enterprise-scale privacy and consent management experience.
- Deep knowledge of global privacy regulations and cookie/consent frameworks.
- Strong stakeholder management and technical leadership skills.
- Mandatory: IAPP Certified Information Privacy Manager (CIPM).
