We’re hiring a Lead AI Engineer to join a small, high-impact team building the next generation of AI agent technology for enterprise contract intelligence.
You’ll work closely with the founding team, have real ownership over technical direction, and help take a category-defining product from ambitious vision to scale.
You’ll be a strong fit if you have:
- 8+ years building AI products professionally
- SaaS startup experience
- Strong Python + SQL/Postgres skills
- Hands-on experience with LangChain / LangGraph and AI agents
- Experience with OpenAI / Anthropic models and model training
- Exposure to AWS, Azure or GCP, plus Docker/Kubernetes
- Experience with LLM monitoring and production AI systems
- A Computer Science degree
