What you'll do
⚡ Own end-to-end delivery of high-impact product areas with direct commercial impact
🏗️ Design and scale distributed systems powering real-time voice infrastructure processing billions of interactions annually
💡 Partner directly with customers to solve complex technical challenges and influence the product roadmap
👥 Join as a senior IC with a clear path to leading and mentoring a growing engineering team
What we're looking for
✔️ 8+ years' experience in backend or full-stack engineering
✔️ Strong Python expertise (TypeScript/React a plus)
✔️ GraphQL experience or deep distributed systems knowledge
✔️ Background in high-performing engineering teams at leading technology companies
✔️ Exceptional problem-solving ability and strong computer science fundamentals
