About the Role
We are looking for an individual customer-centric relationship to support our Sales team and deliver best of class seamless customer experience. You will serve as the primary liaison between corporate clients, their end-users and authorized service workshops. Your role is to provide serenity by efficiently coordinating vehicle maintenance and assistance requests to keep our clients moving. Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Cross-Functional Coordination: Skill in bridging communication between corporate clients,
internal teams and workshop vendors.
Software Proficiency
• MS Office: Good knowledge of Excel & Word for tracking complaints and generating reports.
• Collaboration Tools: Hands-on experience with Microsoft Teams and Google Workspace.
• CRM Tools: Familiarity with ticketing systems or any customer relationship management
software is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
Client Interface & Escalation Management
• Act as the dedicated primary contact and ensure premium service experience.
• Proactively manage client escalations regarding service & repair.
• Plan regular meetings with client coordinators.
• Document Minutes of Meetings (MOM) and actively track action items until full resolution.
Fleet Operations & Service Coordination
• Efficiently coordinate driver and vehicle service booking timelines.
• Conduct physical inspection of cars, whenever required.
• Schedule scheduled maintenance appointments (oil changes, tire rotations, brake checks) based
on fleet mileage and lease policy timelines.
• Review repair estimates and workshop diagnostics to verify that requested repairs align with
actual vehicle needs and lease contracts.
Network Development & Partner Management
• Strategically grow and increase the authorized dealer network to optimize vehicle servicing
reach.
• Negotiate for cashless repair agreements with workshops and dealerships to enhance client
convenience.
• Build good relationships with OEMs.
• Coordinate breakdown support, towing logistics and accident management for fleet drivers in
emergencies.
• Validate workshop invoices against authorized work orders before payment processing.
Monitoring & System Performance
• Regular follow up with internal teams and workshops to ensure minimum Turnaround Time
(TAT) and try to reduce vehicle downtime for clients.
Minimum Qualifications & Experience
• Education: Technical graduate (Automobile background is a plus but not mandatory).
• Experience: 3–4 years of experience in Customer Service, Client Relationship management or
Helpdesk operations, primarily in automotive customer service, fleet management, car leasing
operations or as a dealership service advisor
• Technical Knowledge: Fair/basic understanding of cars.
• Communication: Good verbal and written communication skills, ability to remain calm and
empathetic when handling escalated situations.
• Problem Solving: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple vehicle repair
timelines.
