Working on a confidential search for an engineering-led, data-driven consultancy with roots in elite motorsport. Their 50+ engineers and data scientists apply techniques developed at the sharp end of racing to complex, high-value problems, and they measure results in weeks rather than quarters.
They're looking for a Technical Project Lead to own a defined but evolving area of their technical offering - blending delivery leadership, people leadership, and product thinking.
What you'll own:
• End-to-end delivery of customer projects
• Line management of a multidisciplinary team (~7 people)
• Growth of your domain through customer opportunities
• Turning delivery work into repeatable, scalable, commercial assets
• Close partnership with senior engineering and technical leadership
What they're looking for:
• Strong experience leading customer-facing technical projects
• Degree in CS, Software Engineering, or equivalent experience
• Comfortable across engineering, data, and software disciplines
• People management experience
• Commercial awareness and pragmatic decision-making
• Genuine curiosity about AI - it's core to how this team works
