Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking a junior-level OSINT Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. Multiple openings are available. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct OSINT activities in response to Government RFIs and OIC tasking, refining the requirement, collecting and exploiting online open-source information, and reporting in the required format
- Employ COTS tools to aggregate, structure, visualize, and assess open-source information and evaluate the relevance, veracity, and credibility of sources
- Use managed attribution software and associated online tradecraft, understanding the limits of MA tools
- Populate and maintain databases in coordination with data analysts and data scientists; document data structures and identify patterns and correlations
- Produce Open-Source Intelligence Reports (OSIRs) and briefings that meet ICD 203/206/208, DoD NIC OSINT, and MCIA standards
- Train and mentor Marines in OSINT tradecraft and support MCIA's Expeditionary OSINT Course

Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Completion of a joint-accredited OSINT course (EOSINT, OS301/OS302, ONI OSINT Fundamentals, USAF Intro to OSINT, DIA BOTC, NGA OSINT Course, or SOCOM NERD). Commercial OSINT courses and certifications are not accepted.
- Experience with managed attribution and open-source collection tradecraft
- 3+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field (an additional 4 years of relevant experience, 7 years total, may substitute for the degree)
- Ability to work semi-independently with oversight and to apply structured analytic techniques
Desired Qualifications
- Foreign language proficiency (Arabic, Farsi, Korean, Mandarin, or Russian)
- Experience administering or instructing OSINT training
