Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Ground Systems Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
- Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
- Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
- Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
- Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions
- Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process
- Conduct all-source analytic production on foreign military ground systems including platforms, sensors, motor transport, armor, anti-armor, artillery, firearms, explosives, logistics, readiness, and missions
- Analyze current and future foreign missile technology, capabilities, vulnerabilities, technical data, and TTPs
- Analyze foreign precision and indirect fire weapon platforms to forecast future technologies and assess the impact of technology transfer
- Work with engineers, scientists, and modelers on foreign weapons processes, capabilities, and dual-use technologies
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Demonstrated experience analyzing foreign ground forces, armor, artillery, or missile systems
- 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC

- Experience supporting acquisition threat products (VOLTs, CIPs) or Threat Steering Groups
- Prior USMC or Army ground combat or S&TI analytic background
