Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Cyber Systems Analyst to support the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA) at Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
- Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
- Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
- Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
- Support Threat Steering Groups across USMC Combat Development and Integration to identify risk drivers for materiel solutions
- Produce Validated Online Lifecycle Threat Reports (VOLTs), Critical Intelligence Parameters (CIPs), and Capability Development Threat Summaries in support of Marine Corps acquisition programs and the JCIDS process
- Assess the cybersecurity posture of USMC defense programs and prioritize cyber threats based on factual analysis
- Analyze foreign capabilities to detect, disrupt, and deny USMC emissions and signals across the cyber kill chain, including targeting, communications, and ISR assets
- Monitor emerging and commercial technologies that state and non-state actors could use against USMC acquisition program network infrastructure
- Characterize the network battlespace (architecture, operating systems, services, connectivity, baseline activity) and identify collection limits and intelligence gaps
- Develop, evaluate, and prioritize adversary courses of action, including reverse cyber IPB based on enemy perception of friendly architecture
- Evaluate foreign CND and CNA capabilities and assess vulnerabilities of USMC tactical targeting, ISR, and navigation systems
Requirements
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Demonstrated experience in cyber threat intelligence analysis supporting DoD programs or operations
- 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC

- Security+, CySA+, GCIA, or similar certification
- Experience supporting acquisition threat products (VOLTs, CIPs) or program protection
