Overview
Streamline Defense is seeking a mid-level Missiles C4I Analyst supporting the Kill Chain Analysis Branch at the Marine Corps Intelligence Activity (MCIA), Marine Corps Base Quantico, Virginia. Multiple openings are available. This is an immediate-fill position on an active, funded program producing all-source intelligence for Marine Corps and Joint decision makers.
Responsibilities
- Conduct all-source analysis to evaluate foreign military systems and technologies
- Research, produce, and brief intelligence products and estimates in response to MCIA's Program of Analysis and customer RFIs
- Produce written assessments and briefings that meet IC standards (ICD 203, 206, 208) and MCIA production and review processes
- Identify intelligence gaps and develop collection strategies and requirements to close them
- Conduct daily research and all-source analysis of adversary kill webs and their sensors, communication architecture, command and control, targeting processes, and weapon systems, with emphasis on threats to Marine Corps equities
- Produce written and graphic products including kill web overviews and sensor-to-shooter timelines
- Identify gaps in Branch and Service knowledge and resolve them through research, collection, analysis, and production
- Produce timely formal intelligence products in accordance with Kill Chain Analysis Branch production planning and ad hoc RFIs
- Maintain understanding of adversary ISR, kinetic, and non-kinetic weapon systems and the adversary targeting cycle, information flow, and decision making
- Focus analytic effort on adversary missile forces and the C4I, ISR, and targeting architectures that enable them

Required Qualifications
- Active TS/SCI security clearance
- Demonstrated experience analyzing adversary missile systems, missile C4I, or the sensor-to-shooter kill chain
- 8+ years of experience conducting analysis relevant to this labor category, with a portion within the last 2 years
- Bachelor's degree in a related field
- Demonstrated ability to work independently, lead research on complex problems, and collaborate across the IC
Desired Qualifications
- Background with NASIC, ONI, DIA MSIC, or similar missile-focused analytic organizations
- Experience producing graphic intelligence products
