The Role
• Lead complex security projects involving routing, firewall policy, proxy, remote access security, secure web access, and cloud-delivered security controls.
• Manage firewall estates, including rule creation, modification, cleanup, and retirement.
• Support firewall routing, NAT, and policy updates for secure access and migration requirements.
• Design and engineer global remote access architecture and Panorama-managed firewall environments.
• Manage proxy and load balancer clusters, and support proxy migration and enablement activities.
• Drive automation and standardization of repeatable security services to enable self-service.
What You'll Need
• Strong experience with Palo Alto firewalls, routing (BGP), NAT, Panorama, GlobalProtect, and VPN technologies.
• Proven experience with proxy technologies, URL filtering, PAC file management, and enterprise proxy migrations.
• Solid experience with load balancing products (e.g., F5 LTM/GTM).
• Experience administering cloud-based security solutions like Zscaler ZIA and ZPA.
• Demonstrated experience leading complex security or network security initiatives across multiple teams.
• Experience simplifying manual security processes through automation, policy-as-code, or workflow orchestration.
