About the Role
We are seeking an Analyst, Bakery - Maintenance Planner - 1st Shift to join our team at our Cayce, SC bakery. As an Analyst, Bakery - Maintenance Planner - 1st Shift, you will be accountable for coordinating preventive and predictive maintenance planning activities that support equipment reliability, operational efficiency, and maintenance effectiveness. This role is vital to ensuring maintenance resources, materials, and work activities are effectively planned and executed to minimize downtime and support bakery operations.

- Shift: 1st Shift
- Hours: 6am-2:30pm
- Weekend availability: As required by business needs
Core Accountabilities (What You'll Be Doing)
- Coordinate maintenance planning and scheduling activities to maximize equipment reliability and operational performance.
- Prioritize and manage maintenance work orders, labor requirements, backlog activities, and material needs.
- Oversee contractor, vendor, and service provider activities to ensure quality execution of maintenance work.
- Maintain CMMS/SAP systems, maintenance records, reporting, and performance tracking processes.
- Develop and improve maintenance procedures, SOPs, and compliance programs to support safe operations.
- Manage maintenance inventory, purchasing activities, and parts availability to support maintenance execution.
- Collaborate on capital projects, equipment procurement, and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance plant performance.
Minimum Qualifications (What You Bring to the Table)
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Minimum 3 years of supervisory experience in a food manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to evaluate data and implement solutions.
- Strong organizational, planning, and prioritization skills with the ability to manage multiple projects.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate across departments.
- Demonstrated leadership, accountability, and commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
- Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Preferred Qualifications (Extra Ingredients for Success)
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Working knowledge of CMMS systems and SAP for maintenance planning and scheduling.
- Experience with preventive maintenance programs and maintenance scheduling processes.
- Knowledge of FDA regulations, GMPs, HACCP, OSHA requirements, and food safety practices.
- Bilingual Spanish language skills and experience coaching or developing maintenance teams.
