What They're Looking For
- 5+ years of Superintendent experience
- Multifamily construction experience preferred
- Experience leading ground-up projects from sitework through turnover
- Strong scheduling and field coordination skills
- Ability to manage subcontractors and maintain project quality
- Thorough understanding of construction safety practices and procedures
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
Responsibilities
- Lead all on-site construction activities
- Coordinate and manage subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Maintain project schedules and drive milestone completion
- Ensure quality standards are met throughout construction
- Conduct site meetings and communicate progress with project stakeholders
- Enforce jobsite safety and maintain a clean, organized site
- Work closely with Project Managers to ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget
