Light Industrial / Tilt-Wall Superintendent
Location: Dallas-Fort Worth, TX

We are seeking an experienced Light Industrial / Tilt-Wall Superintendent to lead ground-up industrial construction projects throughout the Dallas-Fort Worth market.
The ideal candidate has a strong background in tilt-wall construction, understands the full project lifecycle from sitework through turnover, and can effectively manage subcontractors, schedules, safety, quality, and field operations. This is an excellent opportunity for a Superintendent looking to join a growing organization with a strong project pipeline in DFW.
Responsibilities
- Lead day-to-day field operations for ground-up light industrial, warehouse, distribution, and tilt-wall projects
- Manage and coordinate subcontractors, vendors, and field personnel
- Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring milestones are met
- Coordinate site logistics, sequencing, manpower, and material deliveries
- Manage tilt-wall construction activities including layout, embeds, panel erection, structural steel, and building enclosure
- Oversee sitework, foundations, concrete, steel, MEP, interiors, and exterior scopes
- Conduct daily site walks and monitor progress, quality, and workmanship
- Maintain a strong focus on project safety and enforce OSHA and company safety standards
- Review plans, specifications, RFIs, and submittals to identify potential issues before they impact the schedule
- Coordinate inspections and ensure work is completed in accordance with plans and specifications
- Lead weekly subcontractor meetings and communicate project priorities
- Work closely with the Project Manager and project team to resolve field issues and maintain project momentum
- Track project progress and provide regular updates to project leadership
- Assist with punch list, commissioning, closeout, and turnover activities
Qualifications
- 5+ years of commercial construction Superintendent experience
- Proven experience with tilt-wall and/or light industrial construction
- Experience with ground-up construction projects preferred
- Strong knowledge of commercial construction means and methods
- Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings
- Strong understanding of project scheduling and sequencing
- Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills
- OSHA 30 certification preferred
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced construction environment
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to hold subcontractors accountable for schedule, safety, and quality
