Procurement Manager

We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Procurement Manager to lead and manage the procurement function.
鉃★笍Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a divisional procurement strategy aligned to business objectives.
- Source, evaluate and negotiate with suppliers to secure optimal pricing and quality.
- Ensure all procurement activities comply with relevant legislation, regulations and company policies.
- Drive B-BBEE procurement initiatives and maintain supporting audit documentation.
- Monitor supplier performance and ensure the timely delivery of goods and services.
- Identify cost-saving opportunities through market analysis and procurement data insights.
- Manage supply chain and procurement risks through effective planning and mitigation strategies.
鉃★笍Requirements
Qualifications
- Relevant tertiary qualification.
- CIPS qualification will be advantageous.
Experience
- Minimum 8 years' procurement experience, preferably within the property management industry.
- Minimum 3 years' experience managing a procurement team.
- Strong supply chain and procurement knowledge.
- Proven contract negotiation and supplier management expertise.
- Excellent leadership and people management skills.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving and organisational abilities.
- Advanced Microsoft Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transport.
