Company Description Chinese Palace Group (CPG) began in 1980 with the opening of the first Chinese Palace Restaurant in Dubai and has since grown into a major player in the Middle East’s Asian dining scene. Under the leadership of chef owner Simon Han, the group has expanded to seven brands and nearly 50 stores, including quick-service concepts such as Chinese Palace, Panda Chinese, Umami, and Koryo. CPG further diversified its portfolio by introducing Tiger Sugar, a Taiwanese Bubble Tea brand, and transforming the original Chinese Palace Restaurant into Han Shi Fu, a modern Asian gastro pub. The group is known for its high-quality cuisine, consistent service, and strong presence in prime malls across Dubai. Team members join a dynamic, growth-oriented organization that continues to shape the region’s culinary landscape.
