We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented professionals with strong communication, convincing, and counseling skills. The role involves guiding students, fresh graduates, working professionals, and career switchers toward suitable IT training and placement programs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Counsel prospective candidates about training and placement programs.
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, follow-ups, and lead conversions.
- Understand candidate requirements and recommend suitable IT courses.
- Achieve monthly admission and revenue targets.
- Maintain follow-up records and update CRM systems.
- Build strong relationships with candidates and support them throughout enrollment.
- Coordinate with trainers and internal teams for smooth onboarding.
- Explain course structure, fees, placement support, and career opportunities.
Programs include: Java, Python, SAP, Oracle, Cloud Computing, Full Stack Development, Data Analytics, Software Testing, and other IT & professional training programs.
Requirements:
- Any Graduate / Postgraduate.
- 2–5 years of experience in Sales, Counseling, or Business Development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
- Target-oriented mindset.
- Knowledge of IT technologies such as Java, Python, SAP, Cloud, Oracle, etc.
- EdTech or training institute sales experience will be an added advantage.
