What You’ll Lead
• Digital marketing strategy & customer acquisition
• Performance campaigns across Google, Meta, YouTube & LinkedIn
• Lead generation & conversion optimization
• CPL, CAC, ROI/ROAS & marketing funnel performance
• SEO, SEM, content, remarketing & organic growth
• Marketing analytics, budgets & performance reporting
• Collaboration with Sales, Creative, Content & Product teams
We’re Looking For
🔹 10+ years of experience in Digital Marketing
🔹 Strong experience in IT EdTech / IT Training / Technology Education
🔹 Proven performance marketing & lead generation experience
🔹 Strong understanding of Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO, Analytics, CRM & remarketing
🔹 Experience managing significant marketing budgets with measurable ROI/ROAS
🔹 Strong leadership, strategic planning & analytical skills
