We’re looking for a Technical Interviewer & GenAI Mentor with strong hands-on expertise to conduct technical screenings, mock interviews, project evaluations, resume reviews, and interview-preparation sessions for aspiring AI professionals.
What You'll Do?
• Conduct technical screening and mock interviews across AI/ML, GenAI & Agentic AI
• Evaluate candidates on technical knowledge, practical skills, problem-solving, project depth, and communication
• Review resumes and provide actionable technical feedback
• Assess candidates’ understanding of AI/ML/GenAI projects and architecture
• Identify technical and conceptual gaps and recommend preparation roadmaps
• Mentor candidates to improve their interview performance and industry readiness
Technical Expertise
Python | Machine Learning | Deep Learning | NLP | Generative AI | Agentic AI
Experience with areas such as:
• Python, OOP, DSA, REST APIs & FastAPI
• Machine Learning & Scikit-learn
• Deep Learning, PyTorch/TensorFlow & Transformers
• NLP, Embeddings, BERT & modern Transformers
• LLMs, Prompt Engineering & RAG
• Vector Databases, LangChain & LlamaIndex
• Fine-Tuning, PEFT/LoRA & LLM Evaluation
• AI Agents, Tool Calling, ReAct & Multi-Agent Systems
• MCP, LangGraph & CrewAI
What We’re Looking For
