Summary:
This is a contact position, with potential for direct hire.
Day shift hours Mon-Friday.
Responsibilities:
• Develop assembly concepts in consideration Work Plan /
Investment Plan / Assembly Line Layout / Project Timing.
• Support in acquisition projects for the production area.
• Prepare RFQ for equipment supplier and manage the integration.
• Support launch & commissioning new assembly equipment / new products.
• Prepare and maintain PFMEAs, value stream & standard work instructions.
• Serve as a liaison with the customer for interpretation and development of new solutions.
• Analyzes and plans work force utilization, space requirements, workflow, and designs layout
of equipment and workspace for maximum efficiency.
• Determines product specifications for the purchase of equipment, materials, or parts,
according to specifications and quality standards.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor Degree in Engineering (Mechanical / Manufacturing Engineering preferred).
• 2+ years of experience in a manufacturing/automotive setting.
• Good mechanical and technical skills.
• Proficient computer skills including Microsoft Office, CAD, and SAP skills.
• Good time management & prioritizing skills.
• Willingness to travel if needed.

• Bachelor’s Degree
• 3 – 5+ Years of Experience
• Must be able to work in a team environment and serve as a leader demonstrating vision,
mission, core values, and key behaviors
