MAU is hiring a Recruiter for our client in Augusta, GA. As a Recruiter, you will manage multiple clients and competing priorities while facilitating the end-to-end selection process, building candidate pipelines, and supporting talent acquisition strategies. This is a 60 days contract opportunity.

Shift Information
- Monday to Friday | 8:00 AM–5:00 PM
- Every other Friday off
Required Education and Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, communications, sales, marketing, or a related discipline
- 3+ years of talent acquisition experience, including full-cycle, client-facing experience
- Experience managing a full desk for a couple of years
- Experience recruiting for both professional and hourly roles
- Experience working with 20–25 requisitions at a time
Preferred Education and Experience
- Manufacturing background
- Sourcing experience
General Requirements
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite
- Experience with applicant tracking systems
- Knowledge of creative Internet sourcing methods, including blogs, social and professional networking sites, Advanced Boolean search logic, search modifiers, and Internet mining techniques

Essential Functions
- Manage multiple clients and competing priorities while executing strategies designed to position the organization as an “employer of choice,” attract qualified talent, and fill open positions.
- Facilitate the end-to-end selection process, including overseeing candidate interviews, consulting with hiring leaders, providing offer consultation and negotiation, and coordinating pre-boarding for assigned business units.
- Partner with Talent Acquisition and Talent Field Specialists to assess and align qualified talent with appropriate positions and guide candidates through the hiring process.
- Foster and cultivate relationships with key potential candidates and large-scale talent pools to address immediate short-term hiring needs and develop strategic long-term networks for future use.
- Serve as project manager on identified projects and initiatives as needed.
- Meet standard staffing measurements of success, including annual hiring and pipeline conversion goals.
- Deliver a balance of quality and quantity within the candidate pipeline.
- Understand, articulate, and promote the organization’s culture and business initiatives.
- Participate in weekly team activities.
- Perform other duties as assigned.
