SUMMARY:

- Coordinate interview scheduling, candidate communications, travel, and logistics.

- Track requisitions, approvals, hiring activity, and workforce growth initiatives.

- Maintain hiring, onboarding, vacancy, and organizational reporting dashboards.

- Prepare HR reports, presentations, metrics, and data summaries for leaders.

- Support HR process digitalization, SharePoint administration, and document management.

- Manage purchase orders, invoices, vendor payments, and budget tracking activities.

- Coordinate meetings, events, orientation sessions, and site logistics.

- Provide HR administrative support, employee engagement coordination, and responses to routine employee inquiries.

Qualifications (Education, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities)

Required:

- High school diploma or GED and 3+ years of administrative, recruiting, HR, or related experience; or Associate degree and 1+ years of relevant experience.

- 1+ years of experience coordinating interviews, schedules, and calendars for multiple stakeholders.

- 1+ years of experience creating and maintaining reports using Microsoft Excel.

- Experience managing confidential employee or candidate data.

- Demonstrated ability to prioritize multiple tasks and meet established deadlines.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.

Preferred:

- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- Experience using Workday, an applicant tracking system (ATS), or other HR technology platforms.

- Experience supporting recruiting, onboarding, or HR operations processes.

- Experience developing workforce, recruiting, or operational metrics reports and dashboards.

- Advanced Excel skills, including PivotTables, XLOOKUP/VLOOKUP, and data analysis.

- Experience supporting a high-volume, multi-site, or global organization.
