About the Role

We are seeking an ambitious and commercially minded Commercial Real Estate Surveyor to join a leading Agency team based in Dublin. This is an exciting opportunity for an individual looking to develop their career within a dynamic commercial property environment, advising clients across a broad range of sales, acquisitions, lettings and occupier requirements.

Working as part of an established and well-respected business, you will be involved in the marketing and disposal of commercial properties, building strong client relationships, and supporting transactions across a diverse portfolio including office, industrial, retail and mixed-use assets.

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the Irish commercial property market and a passion for delivering exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the sale and leasing of commercial property assets on behalf of landlords, investors and occupiers.

- Advise clients on market conditions, pricing strategies and transaction structures.

- Prepare property marketing materials, proposals and presentations.

- Conduct property inspections and viewings with prospective purchasers and tenants.

- Source and develop new business opportunities through networking and relationship building.

- Support acquisition and disposal mandates across a variety of asset classes.

- Undertake market research and analysis to provide informed advice to clients.

- Negotiate lease terms, heads of terms and sale agreements.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with property owners, occupiers, developers, investors and professional advisers.

- Collaborate with colleagues across Investment, Valuation, Property Management and Professional Services teams.

- Maintain accurate records through CRM systems and internal reporting processes.

Skills & Experience

- Experience within commercial property, real estate agency, brokerage, investment, valuation or a related property discipline.

- Chartered Surveyor status (MRICS, MSCSI or equivalent) is preferred but not essential.

- B&C PSRA licence

- Own car and driving licence

- We welcome applications from candidates with a range of commercial property experience, including those working towards professional qualifications.

- Strong knowledge of the Dublin and wider Irish commercial property market would be advantageous.

- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Commercially astute with the ability to identify opportunities and add value for clients.

- Highly organised with strong attention to detail.

- Ability to manage multiple instructions and deadlines effectively.

- Proficient in Microsoft Office and property-related systems.
