The Role
- Build and maintain critical data engineering infrastructure, tools, processes, and custom software to increase the reliability of customer hardware
- Contribute to core internal and customer-facing software repositories, delivering high-impact technical outcomes
- Create custom data pipelines, infrastructure, and analytics tools for monitoring, analysis, and impacting business outcomes
- Provide leadership and creative thinking to solve complex problems collaboratively under tight deadlines
- Build cross-functional relationships with engineering, production, test, inventory, quality, supply chain, and customer experience teams
- Identify customer needs, gather requirements, and execute projects independently
What You'll Need
- Bachelor's degree in computer science, data science, mathematics, or a related STEM discipline
- 4+ years of professional experience in data or software engineering
- Strong proficiency in Python, SQL, Bash scripting, or Git
- Familiarity with at least one additional programming language (e.g., Java, Scala, C++, C#)
