We are seeking a Bengali-speaking Content Quality Reviewer to support a high-impact global operations team focused on platform integrity, content quality, and user safety.
In this role, you’ll review online content and advertisements against community standards and advertiser policies, helping improve user experience while contributing valuable market-specific insights. You’ll work alongside international teams to influence policies, processes, and tools that support a safe digital environment.
What you’ll do:
- Review and assess content in Bengali and English for policy compliance
- Identify trends and provide market insights to improve platform integrity
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on quality and process improvements
- Support operational excellence through analysis and reporting
- Contribute to projects that improve efficiency and policy enforcement
What we’re looking for:
- Fluent Bengali and English speaker (written and verbal)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, evolving environment
- Ability to review sensitive or potentially disturbing content
- Experience in quality assurance, operations, analytics, or content moderation is an advantage
