Required Qualifications & Experience:
• Senior profile: minimum 10 years of proven experience in enterprise IT infrastructure and cybersecurity operations within a comparable large-scale government or enterprise environment.
• Supporting profile (second opening): minimum 3 years of hands-on experience in general IT / security operations.
• Hands-on experience managing enterprise security technologies, including firewalls, endpoint protection, identity and access management, privileged access management, network access control, and cloud security.
• Strong troubleshooting and incident-handling skills with a structured, process-driven approach (ticketing, documentation, escalation).
• Strong communication and reporting skills in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Nice to Have:
• Relevant vendor certifications (Microsoft, Cisco, F5, Ivanti, Forescout, ITIL, or comparable).
• Prior experience working within managed services / AMC support models with defined SLAs.
