We are looking for an experienced PAM Specialist / Engineer to provide L2 operational and technical ownership of an enterprise Arcon PAM environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor and maintain PAM vault health and availability.
- Manage privileged session monitoring and recorded session reviews.
- Troubleshoot automated password/credential rotation.
- Configure and tune privileged-access policies and approval workflows.
- Manage user and asset onboarding/offboarding.
- Support access reviews and compliance reporting.
- Troubleshoot PAM agent/gateway connectivity.
- Perform RCA for escalated PAM incidents.
- Coordinate with OEM support for complex incidents.
- Maintain technical documentation and operational runbooks.
Requirements
- 5+ years relevant PAM/IAM experience preferred.
- Strong hands-on Arcon PAM experience.
- Arcon certification preferred; comparable PAM certification such as CyberArk, BeyondTrust or Delinea may be considered with demonstrable Arcon experience.
- Strong knowledge of credential vaulting, session management, least privilege and privileged-access governance.
- UAE availability and willingness to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
