We are seeking an experienced Ivanti Patch Management Specialist to manage enterprise server patching, configuration management, compliance and vulnerability remediation.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor Ivanti agent health across enterprise servers.
- Create and manage patch deployment policies.
- Manage configuration baselines.
- Execute monthly and emergency/out-of-band patch cycles.
- Manage rollback procedures.
- Generate patch-compliance reports.
- Troubleshoot failed/non-compliant endpoints.
- Coordinate maintenance windows with infrastructure/application teams.
- Maintain patch exception and exclusion records.
- Perform RCA and resolve escalated Ivanti issues.
Requirements
- Strong hands-on Ivanti administration experience.
- Ivanti certification preferred, or equivalent certified enterprise patch-management expertise with demonstrable Ivanti experience.
- Strong Windows/Linux server patching knowledge.
- Vulnerability remediation experience.
- Enterprise-scale patch-management experience.
- Must be willing to work onsite in Abu Dhabi.
