2. About the Opportunity:
The Learning Experience Designer role focuses on creating high-quality, interactive learning and certification content tailored for the AEC customer base. This position is responsible for designing engaging educational experiences that leverage current technology and adult learning theories. The role collaborates across teams to ensure content quality and alignment, contributing to the organization''s customer education goals.
3. Responsibilities:
- Develop interactive learning and certification content using up-to-date technology and instructional design principles.
- Collaborate with subject matter experts to gather content and define learning objectives.
- Design course interactions, storyboards, and assessments with minimal supervision.
- Manage assigned projects with some managerial support.
- Partner cross-functionally with Professional Services to align and create learning materials.
- Analyze target audience needs and design tailored learning experiences.
- Conduct research to deepen understanding of customer perspectives.
- Maintain project documentation and organize course materials.
- Ensure the quality of customer education content.
- Apply project management standards to coordinate contributors and communicate with teams.
4. Requirements:
- Knowledge of instructional design principles and trends.
- Experience in course development and curriculum design.
- Proficiency with eLearning authoring tools and platforms.
- Understanding of UX and design principles.
- Skills in project and stakeholder management.
- Ability to conduct research and speak to customer needs.
- Resourcefulness and perseverance.
- Ability to maintain composure under pressure and adapt to changing environments.
- Commitment to promoting a diverse and inclusive team environment.
5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:
- Base pay range: $77,100 - $96,400
