2. About the Opportunity:

The Early Careers & Interns Specialist is responsible for designing and executing comprehensive early career and internship programs to attract, develop, and retain top student and recent graduate talent in technical roles. This position plays a key role in building a strong pipeline of future professionals aligned with the organization''s growth plans, enhancing the learning experience for interns, and positioning the organization as a premier destination for early-career talent in AI.

3. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement strategic early talent programs targeting intern and graduate recruitment

• Align early career initiatives with global growth and talent needs

• Develop and communicate learning objectives and core projects for intern cohorts

• Build and maintain partnerships with universities and colleges to source candidates

• Create targeted employer branding strategies for student markets

• Represent the organization at career fairs and host on-campus recruitment events

• Collaborate with People team to manage intern onboarding and orientation

• Establish and manage mentor and buddy systems for new interns

• Conduct progress check-ins, engagement assessments, and performance reviews for interns

• Oversee the full life cycle of the intern experience, including retention strategies

• Track key metrics such as conversion rates, retention, and return on investment

• Collect and analyze feedback to improve program effectiveness

• Manage budgets, logistics, and scheduling for early career initiatives

• Evaluate and adapt the intern program as the organization scales

4. Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience in global early careers, internships, or graduate recruitment focused on technical roles

• Expertise in international university partnerships and global campus recruitment in STEM fields

• Proven experience creating inclusive and equitable intern programs

• Strong project management skills with attention to detail

• Commitment to talent development and inclusive early-career experiences

• Ability to track and analyze program data effectively

• Innovative in developing learning objectives and project frameworks

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills across diverse groups

5. Pay Range and Compensation Package:

• The pay range and compensation package for this role will be determined based on the candidate’s experience, skills, and other relevant factors.

• Weekly lunch stipend equivalent to $75/£75 or local currency
