AI Solution Architect
Location - Hybrid (Stuttgart , Cologne)

We are looking for an experienced AI Solution Architect to help shape and drive the next generation of AI applications within a growing enterprise environment. This is an opportunity to join a newly established AI function where you'll have a significant influence on architecture, standards, and the future direction of AI across the business.
What You'll Do
- Design and develop scalable AI and LLM-based solutions
- Identify and evaluate AI use cases across different business areas
- Build Proof of Concepts and prototypes to validate new ideas
- Develop solutions leveraging Large Language Models, RAG, vector databases, and semantic search
- Define architecture standards, best practices, and reusable solution patterns
- Transform successful AI pilots into secure, scalable production solutions
- Collaborate closely with architecture, data, analytics, software engineering, and business teams
- Provide technical guidance to internal stakeholders and external delivery partners
- Stay up to date with emerging AI technologies, frameworks, and platforms
What We're Looking For
- Experience designing and delivering AI, Machine Learning, or LLM-based solutions
- Strong hands-on expertise with Generative AI and Large Language Models
- Proven experience with Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Knowledge of vector databases and semantic search technologies
- Experience building Proof of Concepts and taking solutions into production
- Background in solution architecture and enterprise application design
- Understanding of cloud platforms, APIs, and system integrations
- Ability to communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences
- Fluent German (minimum B2 level) and professional English skills
