Position Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Partner Marketing Manager for our client, the largest professional media. To develop and execute partner marketing strategies that drive awareness, engagement, adoption, and business growth. This role will work closely with strategic partners and cross-functional teams across Business Development, Marketing, Communications, Product, Sales, Legal, Engineering, and Design. The ideal candidate is a collaborative, results-oriented marketer who can take partnerships, product features, and integrations from strategy through go-to-market execution.

Partner Marketing Manager

Location: Remote

Duration: 9 Months

Job Type: Contract

Day-to-Day

- Build and own partner marketing strategies from the ground up, turning new product features, integrations, and partnerships into impactful go-to-market opportunities.

- Develop and execute multi-channel partner campaigns, including co-branded content, social activations, demand generation programs, and other marketing initiatives.

- Collaborate directly with internal and external partners to bring marketing programs from concept through launch.

- Develop compelling case studies, customer stories, thought leadership, and other content that demonstrate product and partner value.

- Serve as the internal voice of partners, aligning priorities across Marketing, Product, Sales, Communications, and Business Development.

- Plan and execute partner events, activations, webinars, and other experiences that support business objectives.

- Define campaign and program success metrics and monitor performance across engagement, adoption, pipeline, and other KPIs.

- Analyze campaign performance and translate insights into recommendations for optimization and future programs.

- Manage marketing budgets and resources, prioritizing high-impact opportunities and maximizing ROI.

- Identify new partnership and marketing opportunities, experiment with new ideas, and scale successful programs.

Must-Have Skills

- 5+ years of experience in partner marketing, partnerships, or a related marketing function.

- Experience within advertising, media, technology, or related industries.

- Strong experience developing and executing partner marketing and go-to-market strategies.

- Experience working directly with external partners and managing strategic relationships.

- Hands-on experience with co-marketing campaigns, demand generation, and integrated marketing programs.

- Experience driving measurable outcomes such as pipeline, engagement, adoption, acquisition, or revenue growth.

- Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously.

- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Product, Sales, Marketing, Business Development, Communications, Engineering, and Design.

- Strong analytical skills with the ability to evaluate campaign performance and use data to optimize programs.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice-to-Have Skills

- Experience working with creative agencies, vendors, and technology partners.

- Experience developing partner-facing case studies, thought leadership, sales enablement materials, decks, microsites, or campaign collateral.

- Experience planning and executing partner events, activations, webinars, and executive experiences.

- Proficiency with Figma, Canva, Adobe, or similar creative tools.

- Experience with performance marketing, audience strategy, and campaign optimization.

- Experience marketing consumer products, technology platforms, or app-based products.

- Familiarity with emerging AI tools and technologies.

- Experience managing marketing budgets and evaluating program ROI.

- Experience working in a fast-paced environment where priorities and requirements evolve quickly.

Education

- Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, Technology, Communications, or a related field.

- Equivalent professional experience may be considered.

A reasonable, good faith estimate of the minimum and maximum hourly wage for this position is $59 - $73 Hourly on W2.
