The Role
- Take ownership of the entire ML lifecycle from exploratory data analysis to production pipelines
- Be the first ML hire, shaping the data-driven intelligence strategy
- Work hands-on with data acquisition, schema design, and data preparation
- Collaborate closely with Product and Engineering using rapid prototyping
- Calibrate and continuously improve models for a growing, diverse customer base

What You'll Need
- Several years of experience as a Machine Learning Engineer, Data Engineer, or Applied Data Scientist with an engineering focus
- Strong Python and SQL skills, proficient in a major cloud platform (AWS, GCP, or Azure)
- Solid statistical foundation, understanding classical and probabilistic model families
- Experience with production model deployment and MLOps fundamentals
- Pragmatic, hands-on mindset, comfortable with rapid prototyping and MVPs
- Ability to handle incomplete data and shifting requirements
