America's industrial base runs on systems built in the 1980s. Billions of dollars in critical components — F-35 parts, industrial assemblies, electronics, bolts, hoses — still move through email threads, Excel sheets, and disconnected ERPs.
We're replacing that with an AI-native platform that makes defense, aerospace, and industrial supply-chain operations nearly autonomous. Faster quoting. Faster procurement. Full visibility. Real operational intelligence for the companies our nation depends on.

The role
Our Core Engineers work closely with the platform team and customer-facing forward deployed teams to design, build, and maintain robust full-stack systems that integrate with complex legacy environments and support high-value, high-impact supply chain operations.
Full-time, in-person in San Francisco — this is not a remote role
Backend-leaning full-stack using Svelte / TypeScript / Postgres
Design, develop, and maintain full-stack application functionality end-to-end
Organise, track, and deliver multiple projects in parallel
What we're looking for
Absolute grinder — motivated by hard problems, not comfortable processes
Comfortable with ambiguity and rapid change
Track record of shipping fast
Experience architecting systems independently
Motivated by taking an unknown problem, sinking your teeth in, and coming up with a plan of attack
Ready to show at least one full-stack project (GitHub repo, web app, or Loom demo)
Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript, and at least one frontend library (React, Svelte, Next.js, etc.)
Strong knowledge of SQL databases — preferably Postgres; proficient at writing, optimising, and troubleshooting complex queries
Strong understanding of software engineering best practices: version control, testing, documentation
Ability to work effectively in fast-paced, high-accountability environments
Low ego, curious, and intellectually honest — focused on outcomes, not "being right"
Any experience level welcome — new grads considered.

Initial call with engineer → Technical screening → Quick call with founder → Fly out to SF HQ for onsite (on us) → Offer
Compensation
$150K–$220K base salary
0.15%–0.20% equity
