Retail Industry Principal — Become the senior market authority for retail at a leading European PropTech platform. Remote (Poland).
Our client provides property and facilities management technology for organisations operating complex, multi-site estates, and is scaling rapidly across Europe. Retail is a strategically important market spanning shopping centres, retail parks, high-street portfolios, supermarkets and hospitality.
They're looking for an experienced retail property, facilities or operations leader to become their senior market authority for retail — combining deep industry expertise, executive credibility and market leadership with clear commercial accountability.
What You'll Do
→ Define where the business has the strongest right to win across retail and shape the go-to-market strategy
→ Build trusted relationships with senior retail leaders and create access to strategic prospects
→ Work with Sales and Customer Success on a focused portfolio of priority retail accounts
→ Bring structured market insight into Product, Product Marketing and Commercial Strategy
→ Contribute directly to qualified pipeline and revenue growth
What We're Looking For
→ Significant senior experience in retail property, facilities management, estates, operations or asset management
→ Strong credibility and an established network with senior retail stakeholders
→ Evidence of turning industry relationships and insight into commercial opportunities
→ Business-fluent English; Polish and/or German is an advantage
