Founding Engineer — Platform engineering + AI-driven development. Fully remote (Poland).
We're an AI-first IT operations platform that manages the full lifecycle of company equipment and software — from onboarding to offboarding, compliance to cost optimization — without spreadsheets, tickets, or manual babysitting. We're a small, senior team building an AI IT agent that reasons, acts, and automates across identity, devices, SaaS, and security.
We're looking for an experienced engineer to own the web application layer, with real ownership over how the product is built, performs, and evolves as we scale. AI tooling is core to how we work — not a curiosity, but a force multiplier.
What You'll Do
→ Design and implement responsive interfaces and scalable backend services
→ Deliver full-stack features end-to-end, from design through production rollout
→ Build systems for global asset management, device delivery, HRIS integrations, and autonomous IT administration
→ Use AI coding tools (Cursor, GitHub Copilot, Claude Code, or equivalent) as a core part of your workflow
What We're Looking For
→ 3+ years in product development, preferably at a startup
→ Proficiency in modern JS frameworks (React, Vue, or Angular)
→ Experience with AI tools for product development
→ Strong UI/UX instincts and ability to own projects independently
Up to 35,000 PLN net + VAT/month on a B2B contract. Hiring across multiple seniority levels.
