Key Responsibilities
- Design Review – Review electrical drawings, plans, specifications, and technical documents to ensure accuracy and compliance with project requirements.
- Technical Support – Provide electrical engineering support to Project Managers, Site Engineers, and construction and technical teams throughout all phases of the project.
- Documentation – Prepare and submit electrical documents, including shop drawings, material submittals, method statements, RFIs, and technical reports.
- Coordination – Collaborate with architects, consultants, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients regarding electrical systems and project requirements.
- Site Inspections – Conduct site inspections to monitor electrical installation progress and ensure compliance with approved plans, quality standards, and safety regulations.
- Issue Resolution – Identify, investigate, and resolve electrical issues encountered during construction activities.
- Project Planning – Assist in project scheduling, cost estimation, and resource allocation for electrical works.
- Material Selection – Verify quantities, review bill of materials, and assist in selecting electrical equipment and materials.
- Compliance – Ensure all electrical works comply with applicable codes (e.g., Philippine Electrical Code), industry standards, and company policies.
- Quality Assurance – Support QA/QC activities by ensuring proper implementation of electrical specifications.
- Process Improvement – Recommend engineering solutions and process improvements to enhance productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
- PRC Licensed Electrical Engineer preferred or required, depending on project requirements.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in construction, electrical design, or project management.
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems, installation methods, and applicable codes.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and electrical design software.
- Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Project or Primavera is an advantage.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and technical decision-making skills.
- Strong organizational and time management abilities with attention to detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Ability to coordinate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.
- High level of professionalism, integrity, and accountability.

Pay: Php25,000.00 - Php35,000.00 per month
