Senior IT Analyst with Statements & Reporting
Responsibilities:
- Collect requirements from business stakeholders within program
- Document requirements as features and user stories
- Drive requirements from elicitation through documentation to handover to developers
- Collaborate with multiple stakeholders in a complex environment
- Analyze and understand business and system dependencies
- Onboard quickly and contribute effectively within a large-scale transformation program
Requirements:
- Proven experience in Statements and Reporting
- Professional knowledge of statements and reporting processes
- Strong experience in the banking sector, preferably within a large bank
- Minimum 5-10 years of experience as a Senior Business Analyst and/or Senior IT Analyst
- Ability to independently drive requirements management from collection to developer handover
- Strong stakeholder management skills in complex environments with multiple dependencies
- Ability to quickly understand complex environments and onboard rapidly
- Fluent English communication skills
- Experience working in large-scale programs involving approximately 300+ employees
