Expert QA Automation Tester
Responsibilities:
- Validate complex data flows and ensure data accuracy within Snowflake data warehouse environments
- Integrate quickly into existing data testing processes, architecture, and workflows
- Create and support automated data validation processes in Snowflake
- Perform data warehouse testing across Snowflake and AWS environments
- Collaborate with development teams to meet project deadlines
- Support testing activities related to dbt-based data transformations
Requirements:
- Proven experience in QA automation and data warehouse testing with a focus on Snowflake and AWS
- Strong proficiency in SQL for querying, testing, and validating large datasets
- Hands-on experience with Snowflake-specific features including Time Travel, zero-copy cloning, and performance scaling
- Ability to quickly understand and integrate into existing data warehouse architecture and workflows
- Experience creating and supporting automated data validation processes in Snowflake
- Practical experience with dbt testing
- Experience working with AI tools
Nice to have:
- Practical experience with Python
- Practical experience with JavaScript or TypeScript
- Familiarity with Playwright
