IT Software Business Analyst /for External Companies Account Service Manager + worked with Financial, Trust or pension industry

A Financial degree will be a great advantage – but nor essential
Should have IT Software qualifications OR any other related certificates in IT software development, OR Other
Driver’s License and own Transport
Must have 5+ years working experience as an IT Software External Client Services Account Manager or Business Analyst for IT Software Solutions for External Companies – essential?
Must also have 5 + years’ experience working with financial OR trust OR pension industry - this is essential
**Must have experience working with internal IT Software development team to provide IT Software Solutions that the External Company want to be developed **
Manage and participate in tasks through each of the key areas of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), including classification, prioritization, business requirements, design, testing, user training and deployments
Must be prepared to travel personally to External Companies premises whenever needed
Work with External Companies +internal IT and service providers according to the required processes and system solutions
First line system support & managing all External Company’s project scope changes
Manage and participate in Operational Meetings and reporting
Direct support to developers to clarify Companies requirements
System and system environment administration, release management and configuration
General System, Process and Client Communication
Identify and implement opportunities to improve service quality, accuracy, compliance and productivity
Develop skills to enhance personal effectiveness and efficiency
Monthly Salary: R50 000 maximum CTC per Month - not negotiable
Please Note: A Pension Fund of between 4% - 11% of your Monthly Salary will be deducted from your Monthly Salary, which is mandatory for all employees, the full amount would be also deducted from your Monthly Salary – this is not negotiable.
NB: (the Company does not contribute to the Pension Fund at all)
