Key Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the Stores and Warehouse.
- Receive incoming raw materials, components, consumables, packing materials, and other items.
- Verify materials against Purchase Orders, invoices, delivery challans, and material specifications.
- Coordinate with the Quality Department for incoming material inspection.
- Ensure proper material identification, tagging, storage, and location management.
- Maintain accurate records of GRN, material receipt, issue, transfer, and return.
- Issue materials to Production and other departments as per approved requirements.
- Maintain proper FIFO / FEFO practices wherever applicable.
- Monitor minimum and maximum stock levels and inform the Purchase Department about shortages or replenishment requirements.
- Maintain accurate physical and system inventory records.
- Conduct regular stock verification and cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly stock and inventory reports.
- Ensure proper storage and handling of materials to prevent damage, deterioration, or loss.
- Maintain separate identification and records for rejected, excess, obsolete, and non-moving materials.
- Coordinate with Purchase, Production, Quality, Maintenance, and Accounts for smooth material flow.
- Maintain proper housekeeping and follow 5S and safety standards in the store area.
- Ensure proper stacking, labeling, and utilization of storage space.
- Control unauthorized movement of materials in and out of the store.
- Maintain records for returnable and non-returnable materials.
- Support internal, customer, and statutory audits related to stores and inventory.
- Monitor and control slow-moving and non-moving inventory.
- Supervise Store Assistants, Helpers, and other store personnel.
- Ensure timely completion of documentation and system entries.
- Perform any other store-related responsibilities assigned by management.
Pay: Up to ₹35,000.00 per month
