Salary: ₱35,000 – ₱45,000/month (depending on experience)
About the Role
Greenleigh Pharmacy (formerly Professional Pharmacy) is undergoing a full rebrand and relocation to the Greenleigh Community in Middle River, MD. We’re looking for a Marketing & Digital Operations Manager who can build and manage our digital infrastructure, lead marketing initiatives, and support patient communication workflows.
This role is perfect for someone who loves Go High Level, digital marketing, automation, and helping a healthcare brand grow.
Key Responsibilities
- Build a HIPAA‑secure Go High Level website
- Set up scheduling systems for patient appointments
- Create automations + communication workflows
- Lead marketing strategy for the relocation + brand transition
- Manage social media, email content, and community outreach
- Support brand development across digital + print
- Develop patient messaging about the move and new services
- Ensure all digital operations meet HIPAA compliance
Qualifications
- Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business, or equivalent experience
- Go High Level proficiency (websites, automations, workflows)
- Experience in digital marketing + content creation
- Healthcare or pharmacy experience is a plus
- Strong English communication skills
- Familiarity with HIPAA compliance preferred
- Knowledge of compounding pharmacy services is a bonus
