Job summary
The Executive – Service Support provides overall HQ administrative &operational support within HATCH by TOUCH Preschools.
Supports organisational reporting, system administration, data governance and operational administration to ensure accurate reporting, efficient processes and compliance across all preschool centres.
Main Responsibilities:
1. POP, ECDA & Quality Compliance
Coordindate POP reporting and submission timelines.
Maintain POP data and reporting trackers.
Consolidate centre data required for ECDA and POP submissions.
Support system administration for preschool operational systems.
Conduct monthly user access reviews and maintain audit records.
Coordinate compliance acknowledgements from centres.
Prepare management dashboards for POP indicators.
Support SPARK documentation and evidence management.
Ensure data accuracy across operational systems.
2. Operational Support
Coordinate HQ operational projects and initiatives.
Maintain operational SOPs, templates anddocumentation.
Monitor implementation of HQ operational processes.
Support procurement coordination and documentation.
Any other duties assignedby the Head of Preschools.
Requirements
Minimum O Level; Diploma in Business Administration, Early Childhood, or a related field is an advantage
At least 2–3 years of relevant experience in preschool administration or backend support
Familiarity with ECDA reporting requirements and POP enrolment systems
Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and Word; Strong communication and documentation skills
Proficient in English (oral and written). Knowledge of an additional mother tongue is an advantage.
