Job Summary:
The incumbent is responsible to oversee programme planning and implementation, building collaboration with stakeholders to organise inclusive activities, strategize and deliver services to benefit and make an impact to the needs of clients under Enabling Services Hub (ESH) and TOUCH Special Needs Group (TSNG).
Principal Responsibilities and Duties:
Plan, publicise, conduct and/or deliver on sit and community programmes for Persons with Disabilities (PwDs), such as bite sized courses, social inclusion activities with the local community.
Plan and deliver support and services for caregivers of PwDs such as respite services and caregivers support groups.
Perform needs assessment to ascertain service needs, interests and gaps of PwDs and caregivers
Manage the well-being and safety of the PwDs during the programme.
Implementation and evaluation of ESH programmes and social inclusion events with community partners.
Work closely with stakeholders e.g grassroot partners, SSA, CDC to look into collaboration of programme
Work with volunteers’ team to publicise volunteers’ opportunity for supporting PwDs in programme.
Ensure smooth daily operation (including programmes) of centre, including maintenance of premises to ensure client safety and cleanliness.
Collaborate with staff under TSNG or other services on special projects on an ad-hoc basis.
Working Conditions:
5 day work week: Mon-Fri (Weekend as and when needed)
Location: Jurong
Requirements:
Degree holder.
At least 2 - 5 years or more of related experience
Prior experience in programme management or working with PwDs will be an added advantage.
Excellent verbal and written communication, problem solving and administation skills.
Excellent programme planning and facilitation skills.
Adept at Microsoft Office
