- Review data around marketing, leads, sales to enable changes to be made
- Ensure that all social media marketing is current and relevant in-line withSnap Fitness policy.
- Ensure that all material displayed is neat, tidy and is in line with Snap Fitnessspecifications.
- Ensure that current member acquisition and retention campaigns are implemented consistently.
- Ensure all membership processes and documentation are completed and recorded accurately.
- Ensure members are provided with all relevant and required information related to their membership.
- Manage and drive member and retail sales for the club
- Design and implement strategies to maximise member retention outcomes
