What You'll Do
- Welcome and assist members with enthusiasm and professionalism.
- Conduct gym tours and promote memberships and services.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe club environment.
- Deliver exceptional customer service.
- Work with the manager and team members to meet sales goals and drive club success.
- Handle front desk operations, memberships, and member accounts.
- Take initiative and show pride in every detail, big or small!
Who You Are
A team player who brings positive energy and a can-do attitude. Detail-oriented and organized, with a strong work ethic. Sales driven and self-motivated. Friendly, dependable, and passionate about fitness and people. Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in customer service, sales or fitness (preferred but not required).
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Basic computer skills
- CPR/AED certified (or within 30 days of hire)
